Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:

  2. You received the wrong item (e.g., incorrect product, size, or variant).

Required Proof

To be eligible for a refund, you must provide an unedited video clearly showing:

  • The unboxing process from the moment the parcel is opened.

  • The condition of the item inside.

  • The defect or incorrect item received.

📌 Note: The video must begin before the parcel is opened and continue until the issue is clearly shown. Edited, paused, or unclear videos will not be accepted as valid proof.

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind or mistaken orders

  • Claims made without proper video evidence

  • Damage caused after delivery
